Dan and Viki will provide answers to all of your questions as they guide you through the process of purchasing your first store. Together, they have helped people from all walks of life get started towards a new life of financial and personal independence. It is their goal to provide you with all of the information and assistance you need to get started in the retail industry.

Amy Burroughs

Paul Kostecky, who serves as President, and Amy Burroughs will assist you to secure financing and then find the best space available for your store. Amy will research and develop a strategic business plan, while Paul will work directly with the realtor and landlord to negotiate the most favorable lease possible.

Angela Strange and Jennifer Davis are ready to assist you in the selection of merchandise, fixtures, and supplies. Jennifer is a buyer for Dollar and Party stores, while Angela provides assistance in Dollar and Apparel stores. Together they are committed to provide exceptional customer service. After you are set up, trained, and officially conducting business, LOI takes pride in providing ongoing operational support. Reta Kostecky and Joe Kostecky are part of the team that keeps things running smoothly from both an administrative and financial standpoint. Joe also plays a vital role in Internet marketing and advertising.

DeeAnn Smith is a buyer and trainer for our apparel, accessory, bridal, and gift stores, and provides ongoing customer support. Leslie Kostecky provides managerial and administrative consultation in addition to ongoing support in the Leasing Department.
